Who can join Adventure Dance?
Adults who enjoy travel, connection, and a respectful group atmosphere may apply. Couples, solo travelers, and friends are welcome; fit for a specific trip is confirmed through the application process.
Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
No. The emphasis is social participation, not competition. If a departure has an expected dance level, it will be stated clearly.
Do I need a dance partner?
No. Solo travelers may apply. Adventure Dance does not guarantee a dedicated partner, equal partner ratios, or a particular number of dances.
Is Adventure Dance a dating service?
No. It is a hosted dance-travel community. Members are expected to respect personal boundaries and participate without romantic expectations.
Is membership free?
Yes. Applying is free, and there is no obligation to book. Cruise fares and any trip-specific fees are separate and disclosed before booking.
How large is the group?
Departures are intentionally small. The current model generally accommodates up to 17 guests, although exact group size varies by sailing.
What is included in the trip price?
Each confirmed trip page lists cruise inclusions and Adventure Dance inclusions separately, along with exclusions such as airfare, insurance, gratuities, excursions, drinks, or specialty dining.
Can a non-dancer travel with me?
Often, yes. Each trip page will explain whether non-dancing companions are a good fit and which activities may appeal to them.
How much of the trip is scheduled?
Adventure Dance combines planned connection with independent vacation time. Most group activities are optional unless specifically described as required.
How do I reserve a cabin?
First apply or confirm membership. Accepted travelers receive the authorized booking path. A cabin is reserved only after availability is confirmed and payment is completed.
What if the sailing sells out?
You may join a waitlist or interest list. An application does not hold space; only a confirmed booking and deposit secure inventory.
Do I need a passport?
Requirements depend on citizenship, itinerary, and current regulations. Travelers are responsible for valid documents and should confirm with official guidance.
Is travel insurance required?
Coverage is strongly recommended. A confirmed trip page will state whether it is required and explain applicable cancellation rules.
What if I have dietary, mobility, or accessibility needs?
Share relevant needs privately in your application. Available accommodations are confirmed with the cruise line or vendor before any promise.
Will I be photographed or filmed?
Trip memories may be captured, but marketing permission is optional and collected separately. You can communicate privacy preferences.
What happens after I apply?
Adventure Dance reviews your application, follows up using your preferred contact method, answers questions, and provides the best next step.
